Mysterious OnePlus smartphone appears on Geekbench. Come here surprise?

It seems that almost everything is ready for the OnePlus Nord revelation on July 21st. We already know what its design and specifications will look like, so all that’s left to do is become official. However, the brand may have a surprise for fans.

The Geekbench platform recently registered the passage of a mysterious OnePlus smartphone. This was registered as OnePlus BE2028 and shows us slightly lower specifications than Nord.

The main data that we removed from the passage of this smartphone on the platform is the presence of the Snapdragon 690 processor. Additionally, this mysterious equipment will have 6GB of RAM.

It has already been confirmed that the OnePlus Nord will come with the Snapdragon 765G processor. Therefore, this mysterious OnePlus BE2028 will be slightly below the model that will be presented on July 21st.

It should be noted that the Snapdragon 690 is the first SoC to bring 5G connectivity to this line of processors. Therefore, any model equipped with this component will be better prepared to face the future of telecommunications.

That said, there are some theories that can be woven into this model. First of all, this could be a OnePlus Nord Lite that, somehow, managed to go totally unnoticed during all this time.

Second, it can be theorized that this mysterious model is another mid-range that is being developed by the brand. In this case, the re-entry of the brand into the mid-range market would be more extensive than initially envisaged.
