The Galaxy M01s has been talked about as one of the next Samsung devices to be launched for the entry range. But if you expect a brand new device, its list of specifications will disappoint you.
Confirmed by Play Console, this makes reference to the previously released Galaxy A10s. And judging by the specs, the Galaxy M01s should only be a version of that device, but with a different name.
Confirmed Galaxy M01s specifications:
- Mediatek MT6762 Processor (Helio P22)
- 2GB or 3GB of RAM
- HD screen with 720X1520 resolution
- 280 DPI density
- 4000mAh battery
- Android 10
If it is confirmed that the Galaxy M01s is a version with another name for the Galaxy A10s, we can expect an 8MP front camera and two 13MP and 2MP rear cameras.
It is good to remember that this is not the only low-cost smartphone that Samsung is preparing. The Galaxy M01 Core and Galaxy A01 Core will also be launched soon, in even lower price ranges.
As for the M01s, it is expected that it can be introduced in the coming weeks. The Sammmobile website confirms that it has already received all the necessary certifications, and only Samsung has yet to “pull the trigger” and make it official.
